This CoC may be amended or updated at the discretion of The Boomer Haus leadership.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the services provided by The Boomer Haus LLC and our websites, applications, and any other related services.

The Boomer Haus LLC provides social media community management services and online memberships to users. By signing up for an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Memberships

The Boomer Haus LLC offers three membership tiers:

• Basic ($55/month) - To become a Boomer Haus affiliate
• Pro ($77/month) - adds access to private Spaces and Visio Conferences to discuss Social Media Content creation and improvements
• Premium ($99/month) - adds access to private Spaces and Visio Conferences to discuss Social Media Content creation and improvements; monthly workshops with select guest speakers and for merch creators the ability to sell their merchandise on the Boomer Haus platform

Memberships automatically renew each month unless canceled by the user through their account dashboard prior to renewal date.

No refunds are provided for partial months of service. Cancellations take effect the next billing cycle.

Membership fees are subject to change by The Boomer Haus LLC at any time. Existing members will receive 30 days notice before fee changes.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or delete accounts if these Terms are violated.

Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of any original content you post, subject to a license granted back to us to use such content.

You agree not to post or transmit any abusive, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove any content in violation without refund.

Service Availability and Modifications

We will make reasonable efforts to keep our services operational, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, system errors, etc.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of California without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in California.

Payment & Activation

We accept payment via all major credit cards and Stripe.

After checkout, your membership will be activated within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with invitation details to access our services.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships automatically renew each month. To cancel renewal, login to your account dashboard and disable auto-renew at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. All cancellations take effect next billing cycle.
